Every year I looked forward to the Easter egg hunt at my grandparent's house!  We'd get all dressed up, wear our Easter hats and share our Easter basket goodies with cousins, then we'd trample through the yard to see who could find the most eggs!

It's Almost Easter

The last time I dyed Easter eggs I drizzled rubber cement on them before putting them in the dye.  Afterwards, once dry I peeled the rubber cement away and got the awesome eggs above.  

This year I felt inspired to go glittery (see below)!  I am in LOVE!  I don't see a reason to ever decorate Easter eggs any other way again!  I am also ready to put glitter on everything, it is dangerous :)  Stay tuned, I may just get more crafty as the week goes on!

Wardrobe Wednesday

Are you a senior girl getting excited and looking forward to graduation?  It is that time of year.  Along with that often comes a Senior photo shoot!  Senior sessions are a great way to capture a wonderful time & age and can sometimes get forgotten about due to the chaos that is senior year, with college prep, graduation etc.  

I love the rustic and spring(y) vibe that this outfit exudes!  I myself, just became the proud owner of my very first pair of booties and I am feeling quite stylish rocking them :)

Mountain View Family Session

This past weekend I had the pleasure of getting together with a family I photographed almost a year ago for the little  Birthday party.  This session was really nice because it was all family focused and they even had a sweet little addition that I had the true pleasure of meeting!

The other fun thing about this shoot is that they were our most recent contest winners!  They won a free Mary Bea Photography photo shoot by telling us what is meant to them to have a photo shoot.  Mom made a good point by saying things get busy with two kids and they hadn't taken the time recently to capture their growing family.  I was honored to be able to do that for them.  I know these are pictures that they will treasure for a lifetime!

Spring Forward!

With Daylight Savings coming up this weekend, it's true that Spring is really right around the corner! The cherry tree in front of my house is already sprinkling my front yard with is adorable little pink flowers and I am loving it!  With all this goodness to look forward to I figured why not incorporate flowers into this weeks Wardrobe Wednesday.  To me flowers = spring and vice versa.  I love these pairings because it let's the girls have a bit a fun with their outfits, you never want to have too much going on because then it can just look BUSY.  Today's looks are from Hanna Andreson, Nordstrom & Anthropologie.  Hanna is doing a $10 clearance today and that pink dress is ONLY 10 bucks, head over there now before all the goodies are gone!

 With this tiny little addition to the family only having been around for a whopping 11 days, I have never seen a big sister as loving and as excited as sweet little O!  While she is still working on learning how to hug her baby sister without squeezing too hard, you can tell that she looooves her!
